• Shipping is included in the 9–14 business day processing window.
• Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
• TrueLee Extensions is not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.
